Mission Water Warranty
Every Mission Water system is covered by the warranty terms below, provided in writing at the time of installation.
Coverage
- Lifetime — Tanks. Media and brine tanks against defects in materials and workmanship, for the life of the system under normal residential use.
- 5 Years — Control Valve and Workmanship. The Hankscraft RevV4 control valve and our installation workmanship.
- 1 Year — Reverse Osmosis System. The reverse osmosis unit from the date of installation.
Conditions & Limitations
- The system must be installed by Mission Water and maintained according to the instructions provided at installation.
- Coverage excludes damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, freezing, or unauthorized modification.
- Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty term and do not restart it.
- Consumables — filters, salt, and media requiring periodic replacement — are not covered.
- Repair or replacement of the defective component is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.
- Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the system, except where California law provides otherwise.

Exclusions
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage
- Improper installation by a third party, or unauthorized repairs
- Acts of nature, including flooding, freezing, and seismic events
- Water conditions that foul filters, resin, or membranes beyond normal service life
Claim Requirements
- Proof of purchase
- Installation documentation
- Authorization from Mission Water before any part is returned or replaced
This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Mission Water and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under California law, including the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. Mission Water is not liable for incidental or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.
